Let me share insights into why QuickBooks (QB) Workforce invite sometimes wasn't received and help you with what to do so you can start setting it up.
The first thing is checking the Email spam messages. Most of the time it will go to spam if it's the first time sending a message through that Email address.
If it's not there, review the Email address of the recipient. If it's correct. Once done, resend the invite. Here's how:
Check out this article for more details: Resend or cancel an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce,
Once the invite is received, you can read this article to help you with how to set up: Set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.
You might want to see and print your pay stub online or in the Workforce. You can visit this article: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

my employer has requested the original invitation as well as cancelled and tried to reinitiate the invitation and I am still not receiving the invitation for Workforce.
My employer contacted support and was told to provide me the Workforce Chat for me to get support, but that chat customer support told me to tell my employer I did not receive the invitation.
NOTE: this is a big circle and neither of us is getting support to establish my account.
What next?
Hi there, CASellen.
This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have when asking our support team for help with receiving an invitation for QuickBooks Workforce.
The possible reasons why employees couldn't receive invitations are incorrect email addresses or your mail servers block emails from Intuit. I appreciate both of your troubleshooting efforts such as canceling and resending the invitation to you and reaching out to our support. Let me share additional ways of rectifying this so you can receive the email and access your paystubs on the website.
To start, we can ask your employer to perform browser troubleshooting steps that eliminate common errors from cloud-based applications like QuickBooks. They can use the steps below to access them on a private window:
Once done, they can resend an invitation, then, return to their regular browser and clear the cache and cookies to help prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, they can consider using other supported browsers in sending the invitation.
If you're still getting a similar result, contact our phone support so they can create another case. This way, our engineers can look at this and help you accomplish your task in QuickBooks. Here's how to get in touch with them:
Additionally, refer to this article for other options when contacting them. You can also scroll down to the bottom to see their phone number, support schedule, and hours to contact them at the time of your convenience: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.
You can also check out this article to see Intuit's hostname and IP address if you'd like to include them on your server to stop invitations from being marked as spam: What to do if invited users did not receive your email invitation in QuickBooks Online.
