When checking the validity of your validation code, it's best to contact our Customer Care support and provide them with the license number so they can pull up your account in the system. They can use their tools to check if your validation code is valid or not.
To find your license number, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the camps.intuit.com and log in with your Intuit Account info. Please note that this could differ from what you use to sign in to the company file.
- If you see multiple products listed, select the option for QuickBooks Desktop.
- Once you log in successfully, find your QuickBooks app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
- Select Details to view your subscriptions.
