Oauth endpoint level permissions

I am integrating Quickbooks into Sphere's platform using OAuth and permission scope com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting. This permission scope gives access to all accounting api endpoints. Is there a way to limit access to only some endpoints? Something like a field level permission?

Thanks
