Azure / SAML Single Sign On

I can share some information about Single Sign-On (SSO) / SAML authentication in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @richardperkins.

I can direct you to our dedicated developer community forum, where you will be taken through the process of connecting Azure AD with QBO so that you can simply access your account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this site Intuit Developer Support.
  2. Click on API Docs & Tools and select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose the Ask a Question button to post your concern.

You may also consider using Google SSO to sign in to QuickBooks Online, check this article for more information: Sign in to QuickBooks Online with Google .

In case you have any other QuickBooks concerns in the future, you can check out our QBO help articles.

If you have any further questions about logging in to your account, please do not hesitate to leave a reply on this thread. Have a good day and stay safe!

Azure / SAML Single Sign On

Hi saasexec,

Currently, QuickBooks Online supports Single Sign-On. You need to set up the authorization flow so your users can connect their QuickBooks Online companies to your app. There are a few ways to handle the UI:

  • You can add a “Connect” button to your app’s UI so users can start the authorization flow directly.
  • You can implement Intuit Single Sign-on to simplify the sign in experience.

You can check this link for more information about this option: Implement Intuit Single Sign-on.

I'll be around whenever you have other concerns with managing your QuickBooks account. Keep safe!

Azure / SAML Single Sign On

The question is not being addressed.  I am not a developer, and I am looking to enable Single Sign On/
SAML using Azure or Okta.  Either it is Intuit's best kept secret, or it simply isn't supported.  Which is it please?
