Upgrading to Quickbooks online

Hi all, I am in the process of upgrading to QB online. I have two desktops with quickbooks 13, one computer being for just billing and the other computer strictly for payroll. Is there any way to merge the two? I have exported each to Online, first the billing file then the payroll. When payroll was added, it removed all information from the billing/customer file.

Some payroll info doesn’t transfer because QuickBooks Desktop has more payroll features.

You may create a historical payroll data in JE and import them in bulk by using the trial priod of 3rd party tool.
