Welcome back, @eesquivelh.
I want to ensure that someone will check your company's information to know each account location. So I'd like to redirect you to our Customer Care Team. Since we can't verify your QuickBooks account here in the Community, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can check your account in a secure environment and verify the information on each company.
To reach them, you can follow the steps below:
If you want to use multicurrency in your QuickBooks Online in the future, you can check out this article: Set up and use multicurrency in QuickBooks Online. It will help you record foreign transactions easily without worrying about exchange rate conversions.
Feel free to post again if you need more assistance with this or anything else. I'm here to assist your further. Have a good one!
If you haven't activated the multicurrency feature, you are most likely using QBO US version and QBO Mexico version. Keep in mind, they are discontinuing QBO Mexico version and you should weigh your options soon. You may need to purchase a third party service to convert data to QBO US version or Global version.
