I work on a mac and my accountant works on a PC. I have QB for Mac Desktop 2019, and he has QB for PC desktop 2020
We share my file back and forth through dropbox. After he updated to 2020, when the file came back to me in Dropbox (as a QBB file) it asked for an administrative password before I could open it. It doesn't accept my administrator's password. it isn't my previous password.
The box that appears when it is asking for my password doesn't give me the option "forget your password?"
What am I missing?

.qbb is a Quickbooks Windows backup file that Quickbooks Mac cannot read. It is also very likely that your account cannot save a file in a 2020 year version that a 2019 year version will be able to read.
