Has anyone successfully used any scripts in their browser configuration to automatically clear your cache throughout the day while using QBOA? It is loading a monstrous amount of data into cache for tracking and other purposes and makes the system unstable by around midday. Going in and manually deleting the cached files is burdensome and sometimes ill-timed when you are typing and the system starts getting sluggish and unstable. (or it cannot save your work).
Here is what I've tried:
-I run QBOA only in Firefox, which I don't use for anything else.
-I set Firefox to clear all cached files and cookies when it is closed to be sure that day-over-day use isn't building up.
-I cleared the cache, checked it confirmed it had cleared in "about:cache"
-I logged back into QBOA fresh and then checked cache again. It is putting enormous amounts of data into cache immediately at logging in and bogs down the system rapidly as it adds more and more tracking data while in use.
So, because I don't have hours of time to give to dealing with Intuit service teams, I'm thinking of just adding a script to Firefox's configuration so it automatically clears the cache throughout the day to keep QBOA stable while working.
Has anyone had success or could recommend a script to use in the Firefox configuration?
