We are looking for the schematic that shows the field-to-field crosswalks between QBO and Bill.com. We have contacted QBO as well as Bill.com and no one seems to be able to help. Reaching out to the community of users to see if anyone has such a simple document. Thanks.

Hi there, laurie. I appreciate the efforts you've made before posting here in this forum. Let me route you to the appropriate support that can help you view the schematic crosswalks between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Bill.com.

We have a specific space where developers can interact, share, and answer each other's questions regarding integration with other websites with QBO. I suggest signing up and posting this question on our online forum known as Intuit Developer Community.

By sharing your question on the forum, you can receive assistance with viewing the schematic crosswalk between these two software platforms. They can also share with you and provide support in obtaining the document that you need.

To do so, here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Choose QBOunder What do you need help with?
  3. Pick Ask a Question.
  4. Sign in with your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one.
  5. Write your concern.
  6. Click Ask.

Additionally, you can check out this article to learn how Intuit Developer works: Intuit Developer Get Started.

Let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about integration and schematic crosswalk between these programs, don't hesitate to get back to this post. I'll make sure to get into it as soon as possible.

Hello, @laurielus.

On behalf of my colleague, SheandL, you're welcome. I am glad that she was able to address your integration concern. The QuickBooks Community will always be around to lend you a hand any time you need guidance.

I'll be around if you need further assistance with any QBO-related tasks. I hope you have a pleasant day ahead. Keep safe always!
