We have contacted support multiple time with no resolution, and no help with any information as to when it will be fixed. We are only told that it is a problem across the board for QBO. That's why I am coming here. Hoping that someone will help to escalate this issue and give us some sort of concrete information as to how it has worked for years, and now, all of the sudden, it is not working and hasn't been able to be fixed in two weeks.
