Desktop Pro 2021 Subscription or Regular?

I recently signed up for a trial version of 2021 Desktop Pro.  Am now wondering if this will be subscription once the trial version is over (one year), or if it will be good for three years like regular Quickbooks.  Can anyone tell me this?  I'm not sure I'll be interested paying the renewal fee every year.  Thanks.
