Hello. Using QB Desktop 2017. I am no longer able to edit a template or add a new one to Send Forms. Can anyone share some guidance on this issue please? Thanks in advance!
I'm not completely sure, but I think the send forms feature stops working when the QuickBooks version is 'sunset' by Intuit. For 2017, that was a few years ago.
