Email Question

Hi everyone! hope all is well. I got a question! has anyone gotten an email from Apple but has an email of  "APPLE STORE? If so, is this a known issue I made a call to QuickBooks but I was met by an agent who didn't understand me or refused to listen to my concerns and proceeding to talk in another language to me. 

 

Here's a screenshot of the email info (I use proofpoint for email security) For forum moderators: The invoice number is fake and I have not made any purchases with Apple.

Email Question

Hi moneyloving101,

 

It looks like an invoice sent from a QuickBooks Company called APPLE STORE. We haven't had an issue like that. If you don't recognize it, please don't open the email and report this to our Intuit Security team.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.
