Error 3371

Hi, I use Quickbooks Desktop 2020 here in South Africa and can't open Quickbooks due to Error 3371 with Status code 11118. I've downloaded the QB Tool Hub and tried the fix but still can't open QB. Can someone please advise?

Are you using QB Desktop UK version?

Try reinstall your QB program.

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure whether it is the UK version. I bought QB in 2010 in South Africa and still have that disc. Then it was upgraded in 2020 and I seem to recall that the upgrade was with a download, and not a disc. Will the product number indicate UK? How do I load again, using the original 2010 disc?

Which QB Desktop year version do you have? 2020 or else?

Have you tried to reinstall your QB program?
