Thank you for the response. The 3rd Party App is xtraChef and the audit log came back with the following message:

08/24/2023 (UTC)

- Bill Failed (Retry Count: 1): HOF CO., 1448297,$100.18,03/30/2023. Quick Book Error Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object..
