Hi.  My client uses QB desktop version 2018.  I have QB desktop version 2023.  Can my client open and read the files I create and send to him in my QB desktop version 2023?

    No. They have to use QBD 2023 to open your file. If their only goal is to evaluate your data, they can use the trial version for QBD 2023 if needed.
