Horrible customer service

Has anyone else noticed a horrendous customer service experience in Quickbooks lately?  When I first joined 6 months ago, I had a support technician who had NO IDEA how to transition from Quickbooks desktop to QBO.  Turns out all that was needed was to download and then upload different files from QBD to QBO.  Once I asked for help, they said they couldn't do it.  I asked about a fee to do it.  Still nope.  So I slogged through three days until I was there.  Every time I call tech support, the customer support department cannot answer.  If asked to escalate it in real-time to someone who can, they report not having anyone they can escalate to.  The straw that broke the camel's back here is calling in to ask if the PO number can show up in the subject line of the email, this overly entitled customer rep simply said it cannot be done.  Period.  This seems strange since all that is needed is an inserted field.  She once again said she could not escalate and no one could accept my call.  She nebulously said she would email the developers but couldn't cc me.  Because of past issues, I said well how would I know that you actually do this, because I never receive a resolution to any issues I have had in my 6 months of being a member.  She continued to talk over me and when I got louder so that she could hear me, she kept talking telling me to tone it down!!  Excuse me??!?!?!  You work for Intuit and you are talking over me because you do not have a solution.  How unprofessional is that?  When I call back in, there is an HOUR wait!   I am DONE.  Inuit has lost my business.  Charmaine- I am so sorry your life sucks.  Get a new job!  You are not a people person!  I would encourage you to explore a data-centered position.  Lastly- does anyone recommend another bookkeeping software with inventory capabilities?

For me to be able to provide you with the right issue resolution, could you please tell me what exactly you're facing in QuickBooks? Are you getting an error while trying migrate your QuickBooks data?

I never experience such issue last time I had account issue they have politely replied me and also resolved my issue so I don't think so .

As usual.  NOTHING back from Intuit.  I was promised several responses.  ZILCH!!!!!  We are currently trialing some other software.  I will let you know when we make the switch if anyone else HATES INTUIT.

what a JOKE this company is.   I am trying to proactively call them and I cannot get past their automated voicemail!!!   HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA  What a JOKE.  This company sucks.  I cannot wait until you fail.  HAHAHAHAAHAH

It's recommended to get in touch with our Customer Support team to follow up on the delayed callback. Furthermore, this enables them to give further assistance. I can walk you through reaching out to them through chat:

 

  1. Click on the ? Help icon.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in your concern from the rectangular box at the bottom.

 

If you want to ask specific questions, go to the Search tab and type in some terms related to your problem. By doing so, you'll get some answers and helpful articles.

 

Also, note their business hours to make sure they're available for assistance.

"Mich" I am sure that you are a bot but in the event you are a critical thinker, realize I have gotten NOWHERE with your chat feature.  I need an actual human.  Once I dial the sales number ON YOUR WEBSITE, it leads to a voice prompt that DOESN'T WORK!!  How fitting is that???  I have absolutely given up on intuit.  You have no human beings that can actually help.  You just have robots throwing some canned answer up that DOESN'T HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're not getting satisfactory assistance from the representative you're speaking with, politely ask to speak to a supervisor or someone in a higher position. They may have more authority to address your concerns and provide a resolution.
