I have two projects with the same name and I want to merge the two together so that all the transactions are consolidated.
How do you do this?
To be clear: they are 2 different projects (not customers, not accounts, etc.)
I can think of two ways to merge two different projects in QuickBooks Online, @mipa718. Let me share more details about it.
As of right now, the ability to merge projects is unavailable in QBO. You can manually copy the transaction information of the project you wish to merge and enter them into the ones you want to keep.
Alternatively, you can export the project report to Excel and combine the projects from there. Here's how:

I too need to merge two projects. I see the response below but wanted to see if any changes have occurred since, where there is a feature to merge projects as easily as customers.
