Let me help fix the error you've received, @gabriela4.

Before we start, may I know where did you get the error? Any additional information could help us identify the cause of the issue.

In the meantime, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser data issue.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

As always, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

Please know that you can always get back to this post if you have additional questions with QuickBooks. I'll be around to provide further assistance. Have a good one.
