Your link doesn't provide answer. I am trying to import 3 years of historical data E.G. Customer invoices, payments and deposits.I have provided a snapshot of Intuits own website that shows Transactions you can import. I have been unsuccessful in getting anyone from Intuit Support to tell me where to get the templates and the data that I need to pull from existing Accounting software that client is converting from.

Yes, the list on the screenshot you've attached is what you can import to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). However, the only data you can import using Excel is Customer, Vendor, Items, and Chart of Accounts.

Moreover, you can get the details you can use as the header for the Excel template inside QBDT.

1. Go to File and choose Utilities.
2. Click Import and select Excel Files.
3. An Add/Edit Multiple List Entries pop-up will show. Click No.
4. Select Advanced Import.
5. Browse for the Excel file.
6. Click Add New in the Choose a mapping dropdown.
7. In the Import type dropdown, choose between which you want to see the details for the header.
