inventory add ons
We actually have quickbooks diamond desktop but it is not listed here. we have begun using fishbowl add on with quickbooks desktop for inventory. the problem is at the end of the year we found that although fishbowl lets you backdate items and it imports into quickbooks back dated, but fishbowl still records it as the date it happened so our inventory is off by 500K between the two. in our industry we are always 2 weeks behind on entering events by the time the paperwork makes it to our bookeepers from the field. does anyone know of a fishbowl like inventory system that uses bar codes and has a mobile app that allows backdating so that the date the transaction happened can be entered by the bookeeping staff? thanks.
