Invoice lost while selecting save draft!

Has anyone lost their work on an invoice after working on it and selecting save draft?  This has happened to me at least 10 times and I've always have to enter the whole invoice again!

I'll make sure you'll be able the see the saved draft invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
 
Normally, when saving an invoice draft, it will stay on the Invoices page. Have you tried signing in to your account in a private browser? A possible browser issue might have prevented the program from saving the invoice draft.
 
Here are the shortcut keyboards:
 
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once logged in, try to save the invoice again to double-check. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
