Hello, Taralynn.
I'll go over the steps to help you fix the login issues on your Chromebook.
Were there any error messages when logging in to QuickBooks on your Chromebook? Or is the Sign In button not working? I'd appreciate it if you could provide more details about the login issue so I'll be able to lay down the necessary steps.
In the meantime, I'll lay down some steps to help you fix the login issues on your Chromebook.
Most login issues are caused by the browser's cache. When the browser's cache is full or if the webpage data is damaged, it can cause odd behaviors when accessing various QuickBooks-related pages.
So, we'll want to rule this out by using an incognito browser on your Chromebook. Here are the shortcut keys, depending on what browser is installed and in use:
Go to http://qbo.intuit.com/, then log in as you normally would. When you're able to do so, let's close out the incognito window and clear the browser's cache. This removes the cache data that's preventing you from logging in.
After clearing, close out any browser instances to complete the process. Re-open it so you can start working in QuickBooks using your Chromebook.
Alternatively, we can use a different supported browser to log in and access your QuickBooks Online account.
After logging in, do you need to check and review your business's financial standing? I'll add this article to help us run various reports in QuickBooks: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Let us know if you have more concerns about accessing your QuickBooks Online account. You can also add any other questions you might have about your entries, reports, and tax forms. We're here to help.

Before anything else, may I ask if you're seeing an error message when trying to log in to your QuickBooks Online account? Any additional details provided will be much appreciated, as this will help me assist you more effectively.
In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to check if this is a browser-related matter. In such cases, a cached browser or damaged webpage data can lead to unusual behavior when accessing QuickBooks-related pages. Doing so will help you identify and troubleshoot the issues.
To begin with, let's access your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser window. This mode prevents websites from storing cookies or tracking your browsing history:
Once it works, let's return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh your browser's preferences. If the issue persists, consider using a different supported browser.
If the issue persists, the problem might be more complex. In that case, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They have additional insights and can reset backend settings to ensure smooth operation.
