Multiple Memos

Good afternoon,

I was trying to import invoices and I seem to be receiving an error of multiple memos. Please how do I resolve this to make sure accurate importation.

Multiple Memos:

To resolve this, I suggest reviewing your CSV file and ensuring that each invoice has only one memo. You can refer to the file you've provided to track the numbers with multiple memos associated with some invoices.

 

Invalid Customers:

Your customers Monica Phiri Bundo and Lucy Chamunda do not exist in QuickBooks. With this, you can match their names with existing QuickBooks customers or add new customers during the import process.

 

Invalid Item Quantity:

In your CVS file, look for invoices 6049 and 6050, for they have invalid item quantities, and ensure the item quantities are positive in your CSV file.

 

Negative Invoice Total Amount:

In QuickBooks Online, invoices cannot have a negative total amount. Since your invoices 6049 and 6050 have negative total amounts, I recommend reviewing your CSV file to correct the amount before retrying the import.

 

In addition, please carefully review your CSV file and remove any unnecessary information to ensure data consistency. You can edit your CVS file in Excel for smooth transactions. Once done editing, you can then convert your file to CSV.
