My Time App

I appreciate you performing some steps so you can sync the My Time app to your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, karenamp.

Before using My Time, the app is compatible only with Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. And, you must be using a 2019 & 2020 QuickBooks Mac version.

To ensure that you can sync the app, you can consider upgrading your Mac operating system.

Here's how:

  1. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu, then click Software Update to check for updates.
  2. If any updates are available, click the Update Now button to install them.

My Time App

Hello, karenamp.

Yes! As of this moment, the only app compatible with is Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. And, should be using a 2019 & 2020 QuickBooks Mac version.

Since syncing is dependent on a number of factors, it's best to start with settings. Make sure the app is on the most up-to-date version (this is the most common reason for syncing issues).

Directions on how to do this can be found in this article: Best practices for using the QuickBooks apps

If you continue to notice problems, the next best thing would be is to send in a problem report: Contacting the My Time Support Team.
