I cannot access my payroll information. Workforce is telling me that the company doesn’t exist.

There are several reasons why you may have trouble viewing your pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce. A common cause is logging into an Intuit account that isn't connected to your employer's payroll. Instead of using a saved password, manually type in the email address where you originally received your Welcome to Workforce invitation.

 

Additionally, if you're using the Workforce app, make sure you have the latest version installed. If you're accessing the platform through a web browser, try signing in using an incognito or private window to rule out any issues with cached data.

 

If the error continues after these steps, please reach out to your employer. They may need to resend your invitation or review your payroll profile.
