Buy nowI use QB Desktop Enterprise 23. In older versions, class names would print on voucher checks. I print checks with VersaCheck. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a way to add class to the voucher section. I only get Account, Memo, and Amount. Has anyone been able to do this?

While this feature isn’t available within the software, you can explore third-party applications that allow customization of voucher checks, including the option to print class names. Also, ensure the app is compatible with QuickBooks Desktop and works with your version.

Thank you! Can you make a coupe of recommendations to try? My search came up with 233 results. That's a little too many to sort through. I wish QBs would just add it back.

I tried two: MultiCHAX and VersaCheck. Neither could print the class. It appears QB isn't sending the class data to the print driver. Hopefully, the developers will put that back in.
