Printing Issue

I've been using the older invoice format as I think the new one makes filling out invoices incredibly slow. As of this week there is no option to use the older format, whatever I can deal. The issue I'm having is when I go to print as a bulk action on the invoice page, the invoices print but with a blank top left corner that obscured the customer's name. It is as if there is a white box. I do not have this issue when I print directly from the invoice as a PDF. What setting do I need to reset so that I when I bulk print, the entire invoice is printed?

Printing Issue

Thanks for becoming part of the Community, etterchr. I appreciate your detailed information.

If lines on your invoices or other sales forms aren't printing clearly, the print settings may be set to a low resolution. You can try increasing your resolution to see if the results change.

Here's how:

  1. Begin the printing process for your form(s).
  2. Click Print.
  3. Once your preview screen opens, use the Printer icon.
  4. Within your printer dialog box, choose Properties.
  5. Go to Advanced. Depending on which version of Windows you're using, this may appear as a tab or button.
  6. Increase the resolution (for example, you can increase it to 600 x 600).
  7. If there's a Dithering option, select Fine.
  8. Do a test print to see if your forms print properly.

If you continue encountering problems while printing invoices, I'd recommend confirming you meet each of our system requirements. In the event you meet each requirement, but are still encountering the print issue, you can try clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.

I've also included a detailed resource with additional troubleshooting processes for printing which may come in handy moving forward: Fix printing issues on browsers for Windows

I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have an awesome Tuesday!

Printing Issue

Thank you for your prompt response but I have solved it on my own, or at least a work around. I'm using Chrome and I selected Print as Image and it prints fine. It isn't a printer setting it is a setting in QB that is related to the new invoice format.
