Hello, my company needs a purchasing system add-on and am looking for suggestions.  We are a small company of about 50 employees that uses QBO advanced but are searching for a reputable add-on application that allows our buyer(s) to create a p.o., have it approved and allow receiving to post when received.  since we are a small company, we are price sensitive and do not want something to complex and costly.

thank you

It's great to have you here in the Community, @mgrady. I understand you want an application that your customer can use to create a purchase order, which also integrates with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We’re unable to give you a specific application that can integrate with QuickBooks Online. However, you can go to our application center to check the available app that you want. A small number of apps and integrations are supported by Intuit.

You can look at Intuit QuickBooks Apps to see which third-party apps you might want to utilize in your company. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Online account and sign in.
  2. Go to the Apps section of the menu.
  3. Enter the hint word for the specific app or one that is relevant to the task you're looking for.
  4. To search, click the magnifying glass.

If the app does not appear in QuickBooks Apps, I recommend contacting the app's third-party support to see if it is compatible with QuickBooks.

For more information, it is important to track all your money moving in and out with your account. See this article on how to Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.

I'd be delighted to help you further with any concerns with app integration.  Always be safe and best wishes.
