I have been expecting emails when someone responded to a post, and I didn't realize that wasn't happening any longer. There is still a little blue/white check mark and "Email me when someone replies". I finally did discover that there was a little icon with "Notifications" and that shows a number of replies, so I guess it's just the emails that no longer works.
