QB version for Golf Course

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'm here to assist you with choosing the product version you can use for a Gold Course or Pro Shop business.

Every business has different needs when it comes to its QuickBooks program. When choosing a version, it'll depend on how you track the cash flow of your business and the features you need.

There are three versions of QuickBooks Desktop to choose from (Pro, Premier, and Enterprise). All these products cater to inventory management to track inventory, account for any inventory loss, and other necessary features for a business.

To manage 2 companies, you need to signup for 2 separate QB Online accounts. For a golf course, consider QBO Essentials to have recurring invoices. You may also consider a subscription management app with more features to integrate with QB Online. For a pet shop, consider QB Online Plus to manage inventory.

If you prefer to use QB Desktop, you can purchase a single license for QB Desktop 2023 Pro Plus edition to manage multi companies. You have to purchase it through selected partners/resellers at this time.
