Your presence here in the Community is highly appreciated, @clongo789. I want to share valuable information on how QuickBooks Online Education Exercises work.

You'll work through tasks for a fictional company like Green Tree Landscapes in your case, often creating and importing data yourself.

Since Green Tree Landscapes hasn't provided an Excel file, you'll have to create your own Excel file and import it into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Additionally, I've got you this article in case you want to export your reports to Microsoft Excel from QuickBooks Online: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

You can always drop by if you hit a roadblock or just want to celebrate a small victory.  I'm invested in your success with this, and I'm excited to see how you make out with Green Tree Landscapes. You've got this, and I've got your back.

Go to Settings > Import data.  Select 'Customers' under "What do you want to import?" and click Import.  On the next screen, click 'Download a sample file'.  That will give you an Excel template you can use to format the customer data Jon provided.  Do the same with Products and Services.
