Are there any monthly statements?

Thanks for getting back with the Community, dvasquez1.

You can locate your account's monthly statements from the Capital screen.

Here's how to access it:

  1. Use a Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera browser and sign in to QuickBooks Online using your guarantor's username and password.
  2. Go to Banking services, then Capital.
    • Once you've accessed the Capital screen, if you're currently in repayment for another loan, your link to the past loan documents can be found below your Payment History table.

    • In the event you've already paid off a loan, your link to past loan documents is located at the bottom of your screen displaying a loan estimate.
  3. Select See loan history.
  4. The loan history page will open and display a list of all loans you've attained. You'll need to have any pop-up blocker and/or ad-blockers disabled in your browser in order for the new page to display.
  5. From here, you can view, download, and print your loan agreement and paid in full letter.

I've also included a detailed resource about finding loan documents which may come in handy moving forward: Where can I find my loan documents?

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have an awesome Friday!
