Join nowI have a client that purchase an upgrade to Desktop Enterprise 2023. The client purchased a Multi-user version but for some reason I keep getting asked to log out so payroll can be processed. Is that typical?
Now I'm trying to get into the clients QBD and a pop-up comes up stating that "QuickBooks is unable to open this company file. It may have been opened by another user." Why is this coming up if it's a Multi-user version?
Thank you

When did they purchase a new license of QB Desktop 2023?
