We appreciate your trust in QuickBooks for handling your accounting tasks and tracking your business transactions. I'm here to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the discontinuation of our desktop services.

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is not going away or being discontinued anytime soon, but it's planning to stop selling several products to new U.S. subscribers after July 31, 2024. Check out the following:

• QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus
• QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus
• QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus
• QuickBooks Desktop Enhanced Payroll

It's important to note that existing subscribers will not be affected by this change and can renew their subscriptions even after July 31, 2024. If you're an existing QuickBooks Pro and Premier user, you'll have to contact our Technical Support Team for more details about the cost as well as the process to purchase the software. Here's how to get in touch with them:

1. In your company file, navigate to the Help menu at the top and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. This action will take you to the Have a question? window.
3. Choose Contact Us and give a brief description of your issue.
4. Click the Continue button and log in to your Intuit account.
5. If you don't have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
6. From there, select Continue and then Continue with my account.
7. We'll email you a single-use code and input the number.
8. If you have multiple accounts, pick the one you want to use and Continue.
9. Press the Continue button and pick chat with us or Have us call you.
