I don't see any notice of it on the Quickbooks status page but Quickbooks online has not been loading all morning. It is definitely down right now. I can't access any of our invoices and this is holding up our monthly billing and I can't get a live representative to help on the chat room page. Has anyone else had luck correcting this?
I am also having issues. Unable to see estimates or invoices. Started at 7:30am CST.

To isolate the issue, I recommend first clearing the cache to make sure there isn't a problem with the browser. The cache collects frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. Sometimes if it becomes too full, it can cause viewing and performance errors in QBO. Clearing it will remove anything like that that's preventing the page from loading properly. Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome for example:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.

I have been having issues with QBO not loading pages ever since the most recent OBO update. The very first thing I click on loads, but everything I click on after that I have to refresh my browser to get it to load. I have cleared the cache as suggested and tried to clear specific cache for Intuit but when I search for Intuit nothing comes up. Pages load fine if I'm in an incognito window. I've tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers and neither work. I really need to get this fixed. It's very annoying!
