CYBER MONDAY SALE 70% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends 12/5
Buy nowHello, I have a license for Quick Books Pro 2004 win XP and my software was destroyed in house fire. Is there a way to get the software?
I'm sorry to hear about your loss and the challenges you're facing, @NuQn1996.
QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2004 is an older version and is no longer officially supported. If you have backups or saved the installation disk, you may be able to locate and reinstall the software.
Alternatively, upgrading to a current QuickBooks version could be worth considering.
A newer version would provide better support and features, and you could convert your company files to ensure compatibility. Wishing you the best as you navigate through this.
Please reply to this post if you have further concern.
Do you have a company file that needs to be opened in QB Desktop 2004 or do you just need to create a new company file?
@MoiraskyeT "Alternatively, upgrading to a current QuickBooks version could be worth considering."
You know full well that you no longer offer new subscriptions to Desktop.
What makes you think that somebody who was running a 2004 version of Desktop was keeping up a subscription?
