Thanks for the response. I'm not sure whether it is the UK version. I bought QB in 2010 in South Africa and still have that disc. Then it was upgraded in 2020 and I seem to recall that the upgrade was with a download, and not a disc. Will the product number indicate UK? How do I load again, using the original 2010 disc?
