I know it is crucial to include longer messages in the Note to Customer field within your estimates, MECOSTL. I'll share the availability of adding more lines to this area below.
While you can send feedback to our product development team about the ability to add more words, the maximum number of characters for the Note field in your sales form is only 4095. Since you need to include more information, here's how to submit one:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Enter your recommendation/request in the designated field.
- Click Next to submit.
