Project estimate

You can add a sales price column by customizing your project estimate template and manually inputting the details, Chini. We can submit a request to our product engineers to automate this process for review and implementation.

To add a sales price column, please follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Lists menu, then choose Templates.
  2. Double-click your project estimate template, then hit Additional Customization.
  3. Hover to the Columns tab, then input Sales Price in the Other 1 box.
  4. Once done, click OK.

The sales prices configured for your items will not automatically fill the customized column in your estimate. In this case, you can manually input the information.

Since the option to automate this process is unavailable, let's pass this idea on to our product engineers for future implementation.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Hover to the Help menu. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
  2. Choose the Product Suggestion, and a pop-up window will appear.
  3. Type your feedback suggestion in the space provided.
  4. Hit the Send Feedback button.

For future reference, you can convert your estimate to an invoice to save you time from entering the same information twice.

Sharing your ideas with our engineers encourages thorough evaluation and potential product enhancements. I'm still here to back you up if you need further help.
