quickbooks api for projects

I went through the api documentation of quickbooks. I want to create an invoice to a specific project. I am using sandbox for testing. Is there any documentation for the same.

Let me route you to the person who can help you further in creating invoices for a project, @harkyal.

Some questions may have answers and troubleshooting solutions available in the Community. However, there are some issues that can only be resolved by our Intuit Developer.

We have a separate community where you can discuss software, APIs, and developer licenses with other developers, product professionals, and engineers.

I recommend raising your question in the Intuit Developer Community. They provide tools and information to assist you in handling invoices and projects in QuickBooks.

Let me show you how:

  1. Type in this link in your browser: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/homepage.
  2. Then, hit the Sign In or Sign Up button to create an account.
  3. Follow the instructions to enter your information.

I'm always around if you need extra help with this matter or QuickBooks in general. Just leave a reply to this thread. Take care and have a good one!

Good day, @harkyal.

As what my colleague mentioned, we have a separate forum called Intuit Developer. This is where they have discussions about software, APIs, and developer licenses with other developers,, product professionals, and engineers.

I recommend reaching out in the Intuit Developer Community. They have the tools and information to help you in handling projects in QuickBooks. To begin, here's how:

  1. Type in this link in your browser: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/homepage.
  2. Click Sign In button.
  3. In the Search bar, type "Projects" as your keyword.

If you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns, feel free to click the REPLY button below. I'm more than willing to assist you again to improve your experience here in QuickBooks. Take care and have a good one!

Links to a non-answer.  There is no project API and Intuit doesn't care.  We have been promised this for years, but no movement.  Atlassian and Intuit are the same when it comes to being responsive.

Finally, QuickBooks now has the ability to attach projects to invoices and many other transactions.

I have done research and shared the proof of this on my blog. check it out.
