Limited time. 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months.
Buy now & saveI'm hoping someone from the community can assist. This is technical, not inside of the QB app, but in our onsite Quickbooks server. We use Webconnector to sync data between QB and Salesforce. The Webconnector logfile has a "DEBUG" message that repeats around 10 times per second. After a week, there are over 78,000 instances of the message. The logfile is up to 33MB. Not only is it very noisy and hard to read the logfile for any "real" problems... the logfile just eats up storage space. At this rate, in 30 weeks, it will get up to 1 GB? Too much!
Looking for a way to stop this "DEBUG" message from repeating. So far I'm unsuccessful with Intuit Support.
The logfile is located in C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QBWebConnector\log\QWClog.txt
Here is the message --
"
Log file initialized at Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - 2:44 PM UTC
Timestamp format used: YYYYMMDD.HH:MM:SS UTC
QBWebConnector 2.2 has been initialized with its logging status to level = DEBUG.
Please restart QBWebConnector for any change in log level to take effect. Use file menu to clear log.

Hmm. I'm disappointed to see that no one has any response to this. Maybe I should try another approach...
