Making the switch: Desktop to Online went smoothly EXCEPT my sales receipts only show up on the website, NOT the app. Can this be fixed?

Let's try resetting your application's data. This way, your sales receipt will sync on your QuickBooks Online application.
You can do that going to the Help menu and then select Reset App Data.
