Third-party applications have different features and functions. I suggest looking for an app specific to your needs. Please know that we’re also unable to recommend which one to use. 

You can check this page for the 3rd party apps that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online: QuickBooks Apps. This will display the list of applications that matches the description you entered. From there, you can compare their features, rating, and read other user’s comments.

You can also look for an app that handles the function you’re looking for using your QBO account by following these steps:

1. On the left pane, select Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter a keyword or click Browse category to filter the results.

That's precisely what we've have been doing for a while now.

We have searched through your database, reviewed each Providers functionality, offers and demo videos. 

There are many Providers which ( may? ) be suitable including, Insightly, Jobber, Capsule, Method, Quoteworks and around a dozen others...

This was the reason we asked the community for their feedback...

We need the package most suited to our industry.
