Shipping manager notification email address

I am at the Ship/Send Tab.  Whether I select Email (Invoice) , FedEx (Ship Package) or USPS (Ship Package) the "To:" field has an email address filled in.  It is the same email address every time and I believe it is from a previous order. 

Where does it propagate from?   

I simply want the field blank so I may insert one.

I'd send a screen shot but none of my Windows apps work after a recent Windows update.

This add-on feature will pre-fill the information base on the customer details from Invoices or Sales receipts. Leaving it blank is currently unavailable. It's best to check the email address before clicking the Ship These Items button. This ensures everything is accurate once you ship and mail from QuickBooks.
