I can help you upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop account, sxp423. Let me guide you through the process.

Please know that older versions are no longer supported, which means critical security patches and updates are no longer available.

These steps are applicable only if you are using QuickBooks in single-user mode and your version is either 2022 or 2023. However, if you use QuickBooks in a multi-user environment, upgrade to the latest version of QuickBooks Desktop directly from within the program.

When you open your QuickBooks Desktop account, click the Upgrade QuickBooks button on the software homepage.

Here's how:

  1. Select  Upgrade QuickBooks.
  2. Select Find out what’s new in the new version of QuickBooks.
  3. Select system requirements to check your computer's compatibility with the new upgrade.
  4. You have 2 upgrade options. Choose the most suitable option and follow the instructions to complete the upgrade successfully.
  5. Select Keep the old version of QuickBooks on my computer.
