How was it so far? If you're experiencing unusual behavior while working with QBO, first, you may need to access your account using a private browser or incognito window to check if it's a browser related issue. If it works fine/perfectly using a private browser, you must clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. I'm here to help guide you how.

INTUIT CAH SHOVE QUICK BOOKS ONLINE UP THEIR ASH!! NO LONGER OFFERING PHONE SUPPORT, RAISING FEES AND NOW WE HAVE TO LOG IN TO SPEAK WITH A REP, WELL WHAT IF AFTER AN UPDATE WE CANT LOG IN????? QB DOES NOT CARE ITS ABOUT THE $$$$$$$$$$
ALSO THE EMAIL LINK DOES NOT WORK, NO HELP WHEN CALLING THE SALES DEPT. EITHER AS THEY SAY I MUST LOG IN. SO HERE IS THE EMAIL THAT I WROTE THIS MORNING AND CANNOT SEND AS IT ALSO IS A FAULTY EMAIL FOR HELP LINK.
TURNS OUT I NEED TO SWITCH BROWSERS NOW SO I CAN USE THE SHIFTY++ ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.
After yet another wonderful update, I continually have to clear my browsing history to log in now. I now receive bootstrap errors or a constant loading bar that flashes across the web browser, and I can no longer call in on top of that. And I am emailing you as after clearing again and logging in the schedule an appointment will not load, and on top of that you changed the way that you are contacted and I can no longer call in when having issues.

I'm happy to offer assistance with your QuickBooks Online not loading properly.
We are currently experiencing a disruption in the service which is preventing users form logging into their QuickBooks Online account (INV-40164). Does Quickbooks Online just not work with Safari on about 50% of the services?

The same as other browser, you can use all features of QuickBooks Online using Safari.
Are you experiencing difficulties when using QuickBooks Online? I'd like to know what happened. We can also troubleshoot it to make sure everything will work fine. Let's start by using a private browsing and access your account from there.
If you can still experience unusual behavior, please clear the cache. Every browser, including Safari, saves junk data that can cause errors in QuickBooks.

I can help you figure this out.
If you're trying to add the service charge to your reconciliation, you can simply go to Banking and then Reconcile.
If it's for customer payment, you'll have to create a service item for the bank charge/fees and add it to the line item to your customer's invoice.
