Thanks. Over three days and no solution. Losing hope in QBO. FYI, I already reached out to customer service. I'm on the so called list to be contacted. As I told the rep, every time I'm told I'll receive a follow up email, it never comes. Not expecting any follow up email from this one either.
In this case, as long as there's a difference in the value, I'm unable to match the transaction. There's no work around for it - at least when trying to match sales receipts.
It's amazing, the subscription went up 38% in less than two years but the level of performance didn't increase accordingly. In reality, more issues, more often.
