Join nowMy workstation stopped working, I try to log in and is it going to the motions like its logging in then its stopped and crashes I get a message to send an email and report crash and then I get someone from Asia that wants to log in to my pc to correct the error. I tried using the fix programs and till no results, and not my Net Frame has crashed as well. My server is working find have not attempted to fix anything or change anything afraid that it might crash. I have added a new hard drive and started from stacked and it is still not working, any ideas on correcting the problem. The both pc was working well together we have POS ver 19.

The problem you're encountering is due to QB POS being discontinued as of October 3, 2023. QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale (QBDT POS) 19.0 and its connected services, including QB POS Payments, QB POS Gift Card Service, Mobile Sync, Intuit Store Exchange, Webgility E-commerce integration, support plans, and Vendor Lookup Service, will no longer be available.
If you choose to continue using QBDT POS 19.0 without these services after October 3, 2023, it's important to note that discontinued products don't receive the latest critical security patches and updates.
Also, please provide us with more details about the specific error message you've encountered, and attach a screenshot if possible.
In the meantime, you can reboot the system to resolve the issue. To do this, you can shut down the workstation that's encountering the error. Next, reboot the server hosting the workstation. Then, restart the workstation running QB POS to access the program again.

I understand that QuickBooks discontinued their POS, buy I purchased it less then a year ago, and after the deadline it was still working. I paid for two licenses to use on both of my pc's via local net work. This dose not apply to all the other services that we do not even use. Intuit should not disconnect my workstation as I paid for it and you guys should honor that. Pissed off customer.
