Buy nowHas anyone figured out how to get bill pay to work with apple products? I get stuck in an endless loop of clearing cookies, and it won't load. I've been told by QB it's a known issue, but it's been months with no resolution. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi there, adilwiicus.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Please know that we aim to deliver customer satisfaction at all times and we fix an issue as soon as possible. With this, may I ask for additional details if you received a specific error while getting bill pay to work with apple products? Also, if you use iPhone or Mac in utilizing QuickBooks Online or Bill pay. I appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.
For now, I'm adding this article to see various details on the differences between the Bill.com app and Online Bill Pay and how their features work: Comparison between Bill.com app and Online Bill Pay.

I do have a concern that your bill pay does not work on a Mac, so I can't pay bills. I've been told It's a known issue that has been going on for at least 6 months in my experience, and QB doesn't have a fix. When is this issue going to be resolved? I would have stayed with QB desktop if I knew online wasn't working.
I do still have an issue because your bill pay doesn't work with a Mac. I've been told by QB that this is a known issue, but 6 months later, there is still no fix. I would like the issue resolved. If I knew QB online didn't work, I would have never switched.
Thanks for your reply. I'm really looking for a built-in integration. I don't want to have to leave QB to go pay bills. Currently, it is set up to do that in QB, but when I go to the pay bills tab, I get told I have to allow cookies, and when I do it just loops back to the same screen. QBs knows this is an issue with Mac but hasn't fixed it.
For more detail when I go to "pay bills" on my Mac on QB online I get a notification to allow cookies. When I do that it just loops back to the same screen. I know everything is set up right because when I log in on a window computer I'm able to pay bills. Just highly inconvenient since my office is set up with Macs.
Hi adilwiicus,
I understand how it feels when a feature isn't working as intended.
Since you're still experiencing the same issue, I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team. One of our agents can do a screen-share with you and investigate this further.
